Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping to the lower 48 U.S. states.

Additional Shipping Costs
Certain specialty or oversized items may require additional shipping fees. If this applies to your order, we will contact you with a shipping quote for approval before processing.
Orders shipping to U.S. territories, Alaska (AK), and Hawaii (HI) may also incur additional shipping charges.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States, including U.S. territories, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at ecommerceorders@designersftn.com within 7 days.
Photo proof is required for all claims so we can assist with a replacement or carrier investigation.
